NSW Competitor Requirement

To qualify for competitive pricing consideration:

• The competing retailer must operate within New South Wales (NSW).
• The retailer must be an authorised Australian dealer or distributor.
• The written quotation must include a NSW business address and ABN.
• The quotation must be current and valid at the time of review.

What Qualifies for Competitive Pricing

To be eligible for price review or matching, the following conditions generally apply:

• The product must be the same make, model, and specification.
• Configuration must be identical, including seating, accessories, electronics, and custom options.
• The quote must include comparable services such as delivery, setup, scripting, programming, clinical support, or warranty.
• The competitor product must be new and unused.

Exclusions

Competitive pricing does not apply to:

• Interstate or overseas suppliers
• Grey-import products
• Clearance, run-out, liquidation, or auction items
• Used, refurbished, demo, or second-hand equipment
• Online marketplace pricing (including Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
• Pricing errors or below-cost promotions
• Non-equivalent configurations or incomplete quotes
• Custom fabricated or highly specialised modifications
