• Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and product size/weight.
  
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
  
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning non-defective items.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
