The HOTPOD Electric Hot Pack is easy to use. To use the Hot Pack, simply heat for 10-15 minutes, by inserting the unit between the two arms of the included charger. Once the unit has reached the programmed heat of 50°C, wait for the LED light to turn off, and the Hot Pack is ready to use.
